What We're Looking For
 6. ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 3 years' experience in a senior accounts role within practice
 7. Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards
 8. Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
 9. Experience mentoring and reviewing junior staff
 10. Proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable working independently or in a team
 11. Familiarity with Sage, QuickBooks Online, Xero (CaseWare a bonus)
