We are now looking for an experienced Area Technical Manager Concrete (ATM) to lead technical performance across a defined geographical region. The Area Technical Manager (ATM) is responsible for successfully managing all technical requirements across a defined geographical region. The role ensures a high level of technical control within the area, maintaining material costs within company targets while supporting customer requirements through the development and ongoing management of Heidelberg Materials’ market‑leading materials portfolio. To deliver against these objectives, the Area Technical Manager will work closely with internal colleagues and external customers using a variety of engagement channels, including digital platforms, plant site visits, and customer meetings. The role will also actively identify and develop opportunities to promote and deliver value‑added products and technical services within the assigned region. This is a key role where you’ll ensure excellent technical control, manage material costs, support customers, and help develop our market‑leading concrete product portfolio.
