The Role

We’re partnering with a growing digital performance marketing agency based in Bristol that’s entering an exciting new phase of growth.

Led by founders with a proven track record of building and scaling successful agencies, the business has ambitious plans and is now investing in specialist digital talent as it continues to expand.

As Paid Media Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, managing campaigns from strategy and implementation through to optimisation, reporting and client management. You’ll work across a varied mix of B2B and eCommerce brands, helping ambitious businesses accelerate growth through paid search.

The focus of the role is firmly on PPC, with responsibility for campaigns across Google Ads, Google Shopping, Performance Max and Microsoft Ads. You’ll work closely with the agency’s SEO specialists on integrated strategies and collaborate directly with the Managing Director on client planning and performance, giving you the opportunity to influence strategy as well as delivery.

You’ll have the autonomy to take real ownership whilst becoming an important part of a business that’s building for long term growth. As the agency continues to grow and build out its specialist teams, there will be clear opportunities for progression and increased responsibility.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns, ideally within an agency environment
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Shopping and Performance Max
  • Experience managing campaigns through Microsoft Ads
  • Good understanding of GA4, conversion tracking and Google Tag Manager
  • Comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Experience presenting performance results and recommendations to clients
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-led approach to optimisation
  • Commercially minded, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes
  • Experience across both lead generation and eCommerce campaigns would be highly beneficial
  • Exposure to SEO and wider digital marketing channels would be advantageous
