Interim Financial Controller - 12-Month FTC with a potential permanent contract
Salary £60k to £75k plus benefits

Are you a qualified accountant with a passion for partnering with leadership teams and driving financial performance? We’re recruiting for an experienced Interim Financial Controller to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial business on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce monthly management accounts across six group entities/divisions
* Deliver commercial and overheads analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations
* Partner with divisional leadership teams to provide insightful reporting and forecasting
* Lead budgeting and forecasting activities
* Manage weekly cash flow forecasting
* Prepare year-end audit packs and liaise with external auditors
* Support ad hoc finance projects in a dynamic environment
What We’re Looking For:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within an SME environment
* Strong leadership and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
* High level of autonomy and accountability
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications
