Are you an organised and customer-focused professional with a flair for logistics? We’re seeking an Import/Export Operations Coordinator to join our team on a 3-month temporary contract, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Salary up to £35,000.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with Cargowise but this is not essential
Process import cargo shipments and manage all related documentation
Deliver exceptional service, working hand-in-hand with our Sales team
Support export shipments – from airline bookings to pre-alert paperwork
Advise customers on customs formalities, queries and shipment requirements
Handle general admin and ensure smooth operations from start to finish
