Job Description
We are supporting a friendly primary school in North Birmingham seeking an experienced School Administrator to join their office team.
Working hours - Monday - Friday
Key responsibilities:
* Managing the school reception and handling incoming calls and enquiries
* Maintaining accurate pupil records using Arbor
* Supporting attendance monitoring and reporting
* Handling general administrative duties including emails, letters and filing
* Assisting with admissions and safeguarding documentation
* Providing support to the wider school team where required
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience working in a school office (essential)
* Strong knowledge of SIMS, Arbor or similar systems
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* A professional and approachable manner
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
