Job Summary
The post holder will be providing personal administrative (PA) support to Linda Chibuzor, Group Chief Nurse at NHFT. This is a busy role where the main duties will include:
* Providing a full PA service including diary management, inbox monitoring, preparing correspondence, and organising travel arrangements.
* Preparing meeting agendas, papers, and taking minutes, ensuring actions are recorded and followed up.
* Working alongside the PA to the Chief Nurse at LPT to ensure diaries for both organisations are accurate.
* Maintaining and updating a spreadsheet of customer complaints, ensuring responses are logged, monitored, and followed up within agreed timeframes.
* Coordinating the collection of report papers for a range of meetings, ensuring documents are submitted on time and are complete for distribution.
* Providing ad hoc admin support to the Business Manager and wider senior management team in the directorate when needed.
* Supporting the organisation of the annual nursing conference and AHP conference.
* Providing cover for the Business Manager when on leave or away from the office.
Person Specification
Essential
* Significant administrative experience at a senior level.
* Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams).
* Experience of exec-level diary management and minute-taking.
Desirable
* Knowledge of in‑house systems including Eroster, ESR, Datix and TRAC.
* Experience of organising events or conferences.
* Ability to manage sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
