About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and ambitious Midweight Graphic/Performance Designer to join our growing Creative Team. You’ll design high-performing digital ads, emails, and social content that reach millions of people every month - all while developing your skills in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
This is an incredible opportunity for a midweight designer who’s eager to grow, experiment, and see their work make a direct impact on one of the UK’s most exciting consumer brands.
What You’ll Do
* Develop and execute creative campaigns and visual assets across digital platforms
* Design high-impact static ads for Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels
* Create visually engaging, conversion-optimised email marketing campaigns
* Learn and apply UX/UI principles to design website visuals and banners
* Assist in packaging design for new and existing products
* Support in-house photoshoots with creative direction and asset preparation
* Edit and adapt content for various digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency
* Analyse design performance and use data-driven insights to refine creative output
* Stay up to date with digital design trends and contribute fresh ideas to the team
Skills You’ll Need
* 6 months – 2 years’ experience in brand or digital design (CPG/eCommerce a plus)
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
* Strong eye for composition, typography, and visual detail
* Enthusiastic learner who thrives in a fast-moving, feedback-driven environment
* Reliable, proactive, and highly organised
* Passionate about design, marketing, and creative storytelling
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field – bonus, not essential
