Senior Support Worker – Hedge End – £14.35 per hour.
Shift patterns require flexibility between 7 am and 10 pm, alternating weekends.

Responsibilities
Senior Support Workers lead the supported‑living service, working closely with the Manager to supervise and manage day‑to‑day operations. Key duties include:
* Helping people gain independence in daily life
* Allocating shifts and booking training
* Inducting new colleagues
* Supporting supervisors, ordering medication, and ensuring residents manage their finances
* Maintaining service quality and safety
Qualifications
Ideally, applicants have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, with experience supporting individuals requiring enhanced support.
