The Head of Quality is responsible for setting and maintaining high standards for software quality across M Group. This role exists to give senior leaders a clear, honest view of quality risk and to make sure our technology is safe, reliable, and ready for use before it goes live. You will lead how quality is governed, assured, and improved across the organisation, while delivery teams and strategic partners carry out the day-to-day engineering work.
