A local authority based in Bedfordshire is seeking a commercial contracts lawyer on a part time basis for 20 hours per week. The role is for three months initially. The successful commercial contracts lawyer will be required to manage a caseload of commercial contracts and procurement cases of a complex nature. You will advise on matters relating to supply of goods, services and works, IT, construction, social services, education and public health. You will also need to have EU procurement experience. Previous local authority experience would be advantageous. The role is paying £55 per hour umbrella and the client is looking for someone to start in the next 3 weeks.
