Main duties of the job

So we are now investing in our Estates team in both strategic project management and in the day to day management of our maintenance and buildings. We are interested in hearing from highly motivated, hardworking and committed individualswith experience in their field of work, as well as people looking for a change in career direction.

We have a wide range of positions available at various levels including project managers, estates officers (mechanical and electrical), supervisors and assistants, so whatever your discipline, background and experience, come and take a look at how you can form part of our brilliant team.


About us

The Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust (RCHT) is the main provider of acute and specialist care services in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. We serve a population of around 500,000 people - a figure that can increase significantly with

Person Specification


Qualifications

* Good basic education GCSE Qualification or equivalent in Maths and English
* C & G Level 3 Electrical Qualification or similar
* BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* IOSH Managing Safely or similar


Experience

* Electrical fault finding and repair
* Electrical Maintenance
* Electrical Installation and commisioning
* Maintenance of Healthcare Electrical Systems
* HTM CP Appointment


Disclosure and Barring Service Check

£27,485 to £30,162 a yearper annum pro rata
