About the Role This is a part-time, employed teaching role delivering Essential Skills Maths and Essential Skills ICT to adult learners. The delivery is structured, accountable and aligned to accredited standards. You will work on-site in Belfast, with a predictable timetable and clear expectations around attendance, planning and learner progress. In the classroom, you set expectations early and connect maths and digital skills to practical workplace situations such as email communication, spreadsheets, budgeting or online safety. You monitor engagement closely and support learners at different starting points without lowering standards.
