You’ll provide leaders with consistent and valued HR support and challenge to deliver a complete and effective HR service. Working with the relevant HRBPs you’ll ensure all activities are aligned to the relevant Business Units’ people strategies to enable business objectives to be met.**What you’ll be doing:** Provide a HR Service that enables the delivery of people outcomes that add value and help deliver the business objectives. Work with the alliance people and business unit teams to deliver HR services to employees and leaders. Act as the first point of contact for advice managing employee relations cases in conjunction with partner companies. Work with Managers and the people team to plan, advise and support implementation of people projects as appropriate. Manage the reporting of KPI and people performance metrics identifying trends and opportunities to develop solution to current and future business problems. Work with the people team to bring the resource plan to life ensuring we are manging talent needs in line with business demands. Work with the HR Coordinator to upskill leaders in self-service people solutions utilising SharePoint and Workday to manage HR transactional work**What you’ll bring:** Proven capability in employee engagement, together with either resourcing strategies or total reward programmes or learning and development practices. Proven exposure to significant organisational change initiatives and a strong generalist HR experience. Capability to build effective and influential relationships with a diverse range of managers across a range of BUs with different cultures and a wide variety of people requires an adaptable but organised approach. Able to deal with a constant flow of demanding situations requires emotional resilience.
