Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join our client's vibrant team for approx. 3 months! If you love working in a laid-back environment and have a strong eye for precision, this is the opportunity for you!
Position: Temporary Administrator
Location: Rural Sittingbourne (You must be able to drive to get there)
Contract Type: Temporary
Duration: 24th May - Mid August
Hours: Saturday, 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM (1 day per week only)
What You'll Do:
As an Administrator, your role will be essential in keeping the office running smoothly during our client's busy period.
* Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain information in our systems.
* Spreadsheet Management: Keep our spreadsheets organised and up-to-date, ensuring all data is easily accessible.
* General Administration: Support the team with various administrative tasks that ensure our operations run like clockwork.
* Communication: Liaise with team members to coordinate schedules and workflows effectively.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
* The ability to drive due to the rural location.
