Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Ensure that each child’s individual needs are met, delivering high standards of professional care and education in a safe environment.
* Observe, assess, and plan stimulating early years activities that support each child’s learning and development.
* Engage as a professional team member, exhibiting a flexible attitude and a willingness to develop new skills.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
* Follow risk assessments diligently and report all health and safety matters to management.
* Enhance the overall daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development.
What You Need
To thrive in this role, you will need:
* Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential
* Fluency in written and spoken English - essential
* Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years - desirable
* Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable
