What You'll Be Responsible For As Packaging Team Leader, you will take full accountability for shift performance across your area. This includes production delivery, team engagement, safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You will: Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of Operators, Equipment Owners and Engineers Drive performance across safety, quality, cost, delivery and morale metrics Champion Manufacturing Excellence and Lean principles Build a strong continuous improvement culture through structured problem-solving and root cause analysis Own and deliver balanced scorecard targets for your area Shape and deliver the medium-to-long-term strategy for your lines, including CapEx and productivity improvement proposals Take full ownership of day-to-day "run" activities while actively leading "improve" initiatives Your Impact This is more than managing a shift. FMCG experience particularly with bottling is also an advantage.
