Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other Duties May Be Assigned) * Manages receiving, inventory control and shipping functions. * Manages and updates Quantum iaw operating procedures. * Manages packing, packaging, and labeling functions. * Performs inventory stock takes and maintains accurate inventory levels and locations of parts stocked. * Trains new employees and guide them along to bring their knowledge and awareness about the processes and procedures applicable to the employee’s job function. * Prepares reports about various store transfers, new inventory lots, and overages, shortages, and discrepancies for each transfer and new inventory lot received and inspected by inventory control personnel. * Manages warehouse facilities including off-site storage and equipment and recommends changes in allocation of space. * Remains cognisant of all ISO 9001:2000, AS9100, FAA AC 00-56, EASA, FAA, IATA, US Dept. of Commerce, US Dept. of State, US Dept. of Treasury, US Customs and Border Protection, and DOT regulatory requirements, and additional quality requirements for specific customers. ...
