Pricing & Subscriptions Specialist – Remote based - £80-90k plus competitive benefits package
A fast growing customer focused entertainment business is looking for a Pricing & Subscriptions Specialist to join their fast-growing team. You will be involved in designing pricing models, subscription strategies, and customer propositions that drive growth, retention, and competitiveness worldwide.
What you’ll do:
* Develop, define, and optimise global pricing and subscription strategies to drive growth and retention
* Create and manage commercial propositions for add-ons, extras, and recurring or one-off offers
* Build business cases and lead end-to-end delivery - from strategic vision through to hands-on implementation with product and tech teams
* Partner with key stakeholders across the business to align pricing strategy with customer, product, and commercial goals
* Analyse data, market trends, and competitive insights to identify opportunities and improve performance
* Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and influence decision-making at all levels
What we’re looking for:
* 5+ years’ experience in strategic pricing or propositions within subscription-led, B2C industries (e.g. streaming, telco, entertainment)
* Proven ability to deliver projects end-to-end, working cross-functionally to implement change
* Strong commercial acumen and track record of driving revenue growth from subscriptions and add-ons
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - confident presenting to exec and board level
* Comfortable operating in a dynamic, less structured environment; proactive, resilient, and able to deliver through influence
