Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead a dynamic kitchen team and deliver a high-quality dining experience for guests. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who is passionate about food, service, and people, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The Kitchen Manager will take full responsibility for food operations within the venue, ensuring consistent delivery of high standards, compliance with health and safety requirements, and effective management of staff and resources.
Responsibilities
* Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service.
* Oversee all aspects of kitchen management, including rotas, stock control, and ordering.
* Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen meet the required quality and presentation standards.
* Maintain compliance with food safety, health and safety, and hygiene standards.
* Collaborate with the wider venue management team to optimise service delivery.
* Support the commercial success of the venue through operational excellence.
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or Sous Chef, ideally in a fast-paced, branded environment.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
* Passion for hospitality, food, drink, and delivering memorable customer experiences.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
* Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience.
