This is a remote, ongoing role supporting iconic global brands FMCG personal care categories. The studio is a busy team of 13 working across eCommerce, Website and eCRM, supplying digital content throughout Europe. With this new role, they are expanding capabilities to ensure content is seamlessly managed and delivered with excellence. Role Overview You will set up and support the quality and organisation of digital content across Europe, playing a key role in ensuring eCommerce content is correctly uploaded and maintained. You'll help improve PIM (Product Information Management) systems through troubleshooting, team training and development of new processes. This is a hands-on role with strategic impact – you'll design new workflows, support adoption across Europe and act as the bridge between local markets and technical teams.
