Role Highlights: Full-time, permanent position at a welcoming primary school in Bromley
Provide one-to-one and small group support to children with SEN, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively
Assist in adapting learning materials and classroom activities to meet the needs of individual students
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to create an inclusive learning environment
Support students with a range of needs, including autism (ASC), speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges
Encourage independence, confidence, and social development in children
Experience & Qualifications: Previous experience working with children, preferably in an SEN setting
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant qualification) or willingness to undertake training
Enhanced DBS check required
