As a Quality & Compliance Officer, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards we’re known for across our employability programmes, including Individual Placement Support (IPS). This is a hybrid role with some travel around the Essex area.
As a Quality & Compliance Officer, you’ll ensure our operations run with precision and purpose. From audit to analysis, your work will safeguard the integrity of our delivery while helping us drive continuous improvement across our services.
Quality & Compliance Leadership:
Conduct regular audits across the IPS programme and other employability contracts, to ensure compliance with funding, regulatory, and internal standards.
Work closely with delivery teams to uphold best practices in data integrity, documentation, and contract management.
Develop and refine compliance processes to support a culture of quality and accountability.
Promote and uphold data security, health & safety, and equality practices across the organisation.
Travel to deliver internal training to raise awareness and understanding of compliance frameworks across teams.
Provide clear feedback and action plans to help teams address areas for improvement.
Engage with key internal and external stakeholders to champion compliance and quality standards.
Collaborate with the Quality Manager to evolve frameworks and prepare for future audits and inspections.
Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contractual requirements.
Interpret compliance data to identify trends and areas for development.
We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented compliance professional with a passion for improving lives through high-quality service delivery. You’ll bring direct experience with the IPS programme, or strong background in Employability services, alongside a solid foundation in quality assurance and contractual compliance.
Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of contractual and regulatory frameworks in IPS, employability, welfare-to-work, or education.
Auditing Experience: Proven track record of conducting detailed audits and compliance checks.
Organised & Analytical: Able to interpret data, spot trends, and act on them with accuracy.
Confident in delivering training and securing team buy-in to compliance goals.
Take pride in your daily achievements and want to support your local community.
From day one, you’ll have access to a range of benefits designed to enhance your wellbeing, financial security, and lifestyle. Some benefits are available immediately, while others unlock as you grow with us.
