Overview
We are hiring a Senior / Lead Business Change Manager to deliver adoption-focused change across large-scale transformation programmes.
This role sits within a growing Change Centre of Excellence and will suit candidates operating at Senior Manager / SPM level, with the ability to lead complex engagements end-to-end.
There is a strong emphasis on adoption, behavioural change, and business readiness, with additional value placed on experience in Operational Resilience (Ops Res) and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end adoption & change delivery across enterprise programmes
* Define and execute change and adoption strategies (comms, training, engagement, reinforcement)
* Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness activities
* Engage and influence senior stakeholders (up to C-level)
* Oversee governance, risk management, and successful embedding of change
* Support pre-sales / solution shaping where required
Skills & Experience
* Strong experience leading large-scale business or IT change initiatives
* Proven track record in driving user adoption and behavioural change
* Deep knowledge of change frameworks (e.g. ADKAR / Prosci)
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Experience in Operational Resilience (Ops Res) and/or BCM (highly desirable)
* Background in consulting or multi-client environments preferred
* Comfortable working onsite in London
