Talbots Law is expanding its IT function as we continue to invest heavily in digital transformation and firmwide system improvements. We are looking for an experienced IT Training Manager to lead, develop and deliver our training strategy across a wide range of legal and business systems. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how our colleagues engage with technology and play a vital role in driving digital adoption across the firm.
You’ll be part of a collaborative and forward‑thinking IT team that partners closely with departments across the firm. With multiple system enhancements underway—including improvements to our SOS Case Management platform—this role offers the chance to make a significant impact as we continue to grow and modernise.

What does the job involve?
* Lead the development and delivery of high‑quality training programmes for SOS Case Management, Microsoft 365 and other key business systems
* Create blended learning solutions including workshops, webinars, e‑learning and self‑service resources
* Produce clear, accessible user guides, documentation and knowledgebase content
* Support system rollouts and upgrades with tailored training plans and post‑implementation support
* Partner with IT, HR and operational teams to identify training needs and drive digital adoption across the firm
What do you need?
* Experience leading training teams or firmwide IT training programmes
* Experience with legal systems, ideally SOS Connect
* Understanding of legal workflows, compliance standards and GDPR
