Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a highly respected national law firm, to recruit a Office Co-ordinator, on a permanent basis.
Based at their prestigious offices in Sheffield City Centre, you will be the point of contact for all things administrative.
Duties:
Day to day proactive management of the Office Services:
1. Liaising with Couriers Arranging Catering for lunches Ordering and managing stock levels for office supplies. Planning and assisting with onsite events Maintaining replacement infrastructure such as equipment and furniture. Collating receipts and checking against orders placed to provide to Procurement Manager General administrative duties providing support to the Centralised Admin team.
Required Skills / qualifications required
2. Recent administrative experience
3. Good written work
4. Good telephone manner and skills
5. Good IT skills
6. Good communication
7. Good teamworking/team spirit
8. Works well under (occasional!) pressure
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday)
