This role is based in Birmingham and involves working with a leading UK engineering and commercial property consultancy. Due to growth, they are seeking an Associate Director with Mechanical or Electrical Asset Engineering skills for their Birmingham office.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Electrical or Mechanical building services consultancy and be at this level or seeking to advance. The role involves working within multiple sectors including commercial, financial, banking, real estate, government, and private sectors.
Key skills include technical knowledge in Electrical/Mechanical systems, HVAC, air conditioning, and a strong drive for career progression. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with experience in technical due diligence, condition surveys, performance specifications, plant replacement projects, maintenance strategies, lifecycle costing, and development monitoring.
