Document Controller Ramsgate £25,000–£28,000 DOE | Permanent | Benefits include pension, holiday allowance, and career development support We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected compnay who are seeking a meticulous Document Controller to support day to day operations. You’ll manage project documentation, support the Accounts Team, and ensure everything from drawings to certificates is filed, tracked, and accessible. You’ll be the go-to for: * Managing technical drawings, reports, and correspondence * Controlling versions and archiving outdated documents * Using Collabor8 or similar DMS platforms * Liaising with consultants to resolve discrepancies * Creating and maintaining job folders and trackers * Registering utilities and booking meter installations * Supporting construction teams with site folders and RAMs * Logging and filing completion certificates and O&M files * Providing general admin support across the group You’ll need: * Experience in document control within a new build or contracting environment * Familiarity with DMS platforms like Collabor8, Procore, or 4P * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure This is a permanent role offering stability, variety, and the chance to be part of a collaborative team.
