Office Assistant
Permanent - Full Time Office Based (Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm)

What’s the role and who are we looking for?
This is a newly created role in our Workplace and Facilities department who are responsible for providing a wide range of support services across the whole of LCP including facilities, office administration, reception and front of house. As our Office Assistant your role will be extremely varied and will have responsibilities spanning all of these support functions so ideally we're looking for someone who has prior office experience and who thrives on variety, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, has great attention to detail along with superb customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Offices Support
1. Sorting, scanning, processing and distributing incoming deliveries
2. Managing stock control of reprographics materials
3. Franking and processing outgoing mail along with booking outgoing consignments
Reception and Front of House
4. Providing reception and switchboard cover when needed
5. Setting up and clearing down meeting rooms including the external terrace
6. Assisting with the distribution of supplies (fruit / milk) to the internal kitchens and breakout areas
7. Assisting with unpacking and distribution of catering supplies
8. Providing cover to the Front of House Assistant's catering duties when required
Facilities Assistance
9. Providing daily assistance to the Facilities Manager with any facilities related tasks including, maintenance reporting, inspections, cleaning issues
10. Managing the security door system, including the supply, programming and issuing of security entry cards
11. Complying with the firms health and safety and environmental policies by ensuring the maintenance of H&S equipment such as fire extinguishers and waste management
What skills, qualities and experience are we looking for?
12. Previous office experience would be extremely beneficial
13. Good administrative skills with knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Teams and other IT packages
14. Great attention to detail
15. Excellent customer service skills
16. Comfortable working on your own inactive whether performing tasks alone or as part of a team
