Mount Pleasant is available on our Management Agreement, Just Add Talent. It combines our tried‑and‑tested pub concept with industry‑leading training and support for you and your team. The Area
Mount Pleasant is a welcoming community pub, providing great value drinks and a friendly space for loyal locals to meet and enjoy everyday get‑togethers. The pub is located in the large village of Wombourne, on a prominent road opposite two schools within a residential area. The pub is 4 miles from Wolverhampton and 6 miles from Dudley, and is also close to Stourbridge. It sits near industrial parks and residential housing.
The pub benefits from being one of three pubs in an area that has around 2,515 adults. The main customer base is made up of employed and retired adults over 45.
The food will make up 10–15 % of the pub’s total sales. You can drive trade through well‑thought‑out live entertainment, darts and live sports.
