About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering lessons, work closely with individual students or small groups, and help create a positive learning environment. Work one-to-one or with small groups to help students access learning. Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive environment. Encourage student independence, confidence, and participation in activities. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role is preferred.
