The Role - Grape Picker (estimated start date TBC but is likely to be early October 2025)
We're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our grape picking teams for the 2025 harvest. No previous experience needed - just a good level of fitness and a great attitude!
What you'll be doing:
* Walking along the vineyard rows (6-10 miles per day on average)
* Snipping bunches of grapes with provided tools
* Placing bunches in crates positioned beneath the vines
Don't worry - full guidance will be given on day one, and you'll be working as part of a friendly and supportive team.

A few things to note:
* You must have your own transport - the vineyard is in a rural location
* This is an outdoor role, so bring a waterproof jacket and sturdy boots or wellies - we work in all weather (unless there's a full day of heavy rain)
* A degree of flexibility is needed - harvest days may shift slightly depending on the weather
Pay & Hours:
* £12.21 per hour plus holiday pay equates to £13.68 per hour
* Paid at the end of the assignment (unless agreed otherwise)
* Monday to Friday, approx. 8am-4:30/5pm (weather dependent)
