Pay rates, hours & benefits
* £120-150 per day plus pension scheme, paid holidays, and Employee Assistance programme.
* £45 meal contribution each week.
* Shifts – varied based on client needs.
* Each assignment provides a comfortable bedroom with reasonable amenities.
* The areas we cover feature lovely countryside, beautiful market towns and villages, close to the river Thames, yet still easily accessible to London.
Job Role
Becoming a Live-In Care Professional is a rewarding role within your community. You will support clients in their own homes with duties such as:
* Assisting with personal care (getting out of bed, washing/showering, dressing).
* Preparing meals.
* Medication administration.
* Light housework, laundry, vacuuming, ironing, gardening.
* Grocery shopping assistance.
* Providing companionship and respecting client dignity.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
* Ability to listen, communicate clearly, and build relationships.
* Respect for diverse backgrounds and medical conditions; commitment to non-discriminatory care.
* Organized, reliable, and punctual.
* Must obtain an Enhanced Disclosure.
* Class 1 business insurance or reliable transport.
* Empathetic nature and passion for caring for older people.
* Preferred: experience supporting individuals with dementia and moving and handling stroke patients.
Additional Information
As a Live-In Care Professional, you will receive three meals a day or an allowance, a private room with TV and WiFi, plus comprehensive training and support.
