Key Responsibilities:
* Support customer onboarding and training processes
* Assist with customer communications and support tickets
* Help customers optimise their use of our tracking platform
* Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyse feedback
* Support account management activities
* Assist with creating customer success materials and guides
* Monitor customer health metrics and usage patterns
* Help coordinate vehicle recovery operations when needed
