A fantastic primary school in Brent is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join their team from September. The Role
1. Teach a class within EYFS, delivering creative and engaging learning experiences.
2. Plan and provide high-quality provision that supports progress across all areas of learning.
3. Foster a positive, calm, and purposeful classroom environment.
4. Use assessment effectively to inform planning and track pupil development.
5. Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and families to promote strong outcomes.
6. Contribute to the wider life of the school and the early years team.
The Ideal Candidate
7. Qualified Teacher Status.
8. Experience teaching in EYFS, or strong early years training and placement experience.
9. A sound understanding of child-led learning and early development.
10. Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
11. A reflective, caring, and proactive approach.
12. Commitment to inclusive practice and high expectations for all pupils.
13. Open to ECTs and experienced teachers alike.
