We're looking for a proactive People & Culture Advisor to deliver high-quality HR support across the UK and Ireland. You'll play a key role in creating a positive employee experience, maintaining compliant practices, and ensuring our People processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration
* Maintain accurate employee data within the HR system.
* Prepare contracts, letters, and reports.
* Advise managers on policies and procedures.
* Ensure GDPR compliance and respond to employee queries.
* Improve HR systems, workflows, and reporting.
Recruitment & Onboarding
* Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and support an inclusive candidate journey.
* Support hiring managers with the ATS, interviews, and fair selection practices.
* Help deliver structured and engaging onboarding.
Payroll & Benefits
* Provide accurate data to payroll.
* Assist employees with benefits queries.
Policies, Compliance & Reporting
* Keep documentation legally compliant across jurisdictions.
* Review and update policies and communicate changes.
* Track legislation updates and produce HR metrics.
Learning & Development
* Coordinate and track training.
* Support delivery of learning programmes and L&D events.
* Assist with embedding the Learning Management System.
