Resourcing4HR are seeking an HR Business Partner to join a transformative charity, dedicated to supporting communities and fostering spaces where young people can thrive. This role offers an immediate start with the potential for FTC/Permanent contract.
As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a vital internal consultant, providing strategic business support and HR expertise in line with employee lifecycle management across all assigned business areas. This role is pivotal in shaping, developing, and delivering HR plans that align with the charity's vision, mission, and values.
Key Responsibilities:
* Employee Relations Focus: Offer specialist advice and guidance throughout the employee life cycle, managing complex ER issues including restructures, redundancies, and TUPE transfers.
* Collaborate with senior management to implement HR strategies that support organisational performance.
* Engage in workforce planning and talent management to ensure alignment with the charity’s goals.
* Support and enhance recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining the charity's strong employer brand.
* Lead training initiatives that enhance staff skills and compliance with organisational policies.
