We’re BDO, an accountancy and business advisory firm providing the advice and solutions entrepreneurial organizations need to navigate today’s changing world.
We work with Britain’s economic engine—ambitious, entrepreneurially spirited, high-growth businesses—and advise their owners and management teams.
We’ll broaden your horizons
Our Advisory team offers a variety of services delivering value-led advice. They possess in-depth knowledge of business, industry sectors, and markets, understanding the risks and opportunities at our clients’ core. They work across strategy, operations, and transactional projects, from technology to risk advisory, providing comprehensive solutions. Joining us means working on exciting financial operations and business deals, building your expertise alongside industry leaders.
We’ll help you succeed
Our clients trust us due to the quality of our advice, which stems from a thorough understanding of their business built through close collaboration and long-term relationships.
You’ll be a Senior Manager, Associate Director, or Director, working independently and with support from other leaders, to develop and grow the Transaction Services within Corporate Finance and mentor team members. You should have deep experience in financial due diligence for corporate or strategic buyers, private equity, or vendors, and sector knowledge. Your responsibilities include:
* Supporting and managing the Corporate Finance team with Directors and Partners.
* Project managing large engagements, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery, including managing other service lines.
* Leading development of existing and new service practices.
* Building strong, sustainable client relationships based on trust and understanding of their industries.
You should have:
* ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent, or relevant experience.
* Significant experience in a corporate finance department.
* A successful track record in business development.
* Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
* For Capital Markets transactions, thorough knowledge of relevant legislation.
We value your individuality and contributions, offering flexible, agile working options. We support your personal and career development through structured programs and resources.
We’re in it together
Mutual support and respect are core to BDO’s culture. We provide mentoring, coaching, and collaborative workspaces to foster learning and teamwork. Our goal is to create value for our clients and satisfying experiences for our colleagues.
We’re looking forward to the future
BDO is committed to helping entrepreneurial businesses succeed and fueling the UK economy. Our success depends on our people, and we continuously invest in your growth. We adapt and evolve to strengthen our global reach, integrity, and expertise, shaping the future together with openness and clarity, empowering innovative thinking.
