 
        KS1 Teaching Assistant (Level 3) Teaching Personnel are seeking an experienced and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the DH2 area of County Durham. This role involves supporting pupils within a Key Stage 1 setting to enhance learning, development and progress. Role Details: Position: KS1 Teaching Assistant (Level 3) Location: DH2, County Durham Key Stage: KS1 Start Date: ASAP/ Felxible Responsibilities: Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Provide small group and one-to-one support to pupils to promote progress and confidence. Assist in preparing learning materials and maintaining an organised classroom environment. Contribute to planning and assessment in collaboration with the class teacher. Support pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development in line with school policies. Requirements: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is essential. Experience working within a Key Stage 1 setting. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A positive, proactive approach to supporting children’s learning. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils.
