We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator to join our fantastic residential sales team in Cambridge at Abbotts estate agency.

Your role as a Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator
The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and progress sales through to exchange and completion. You will also be responsible for maximising opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
Skills and experience required to be successful
1. Preferably an experienced sales professional
2. Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
3. Outstanding customer care and customer service skills
4. Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
7. A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
