What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire an Account Manager within our Lodging division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying business growth opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of accommodation and travel solutions to our aviation clients. You will report directly to Regional Director, and regularly collaborate with Sourcing, Operations, and Leadership teams.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
* Conducting market research and property analysis aligned with client specifications
* Managing hotel contract execution, renewals, and negotiations
* Identifying revenue and savings potential across accounts
* Expanding business through relationship-building and identifying new client opportunities
* Providing operational and procurement support tailored to aviation client needs
* Delivering account presentations and product/service updates to clients
* Monitoring competitive activity and relaying insights to the internal team
* Supporting distressed passenger situations on a 24/7 on-call basis
* Collaborating on strategic planning to address unmet client needs
* Supervising Account Coordinators assigned to key accounts as needed
* Enhancing department success by taking initiative and exploring new ways to add value
* This role requires up to 50% travel.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university (required); Master’s preferred
* 3–5 years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales support
* Background in airline or hotel industries preferred
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Strong time management, organizational, and follow-up abilities
* High attention to detail and financial acumen
* Strong negotiation and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams
* Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Multilingual proficiency preferred (Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese)
