The Role
We are looking for an experienced Multitrade Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of construction skills and be confident in carrying out a variety of trades to a good standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out general construction, maintenance, and refurbishment works
* Undertake tasks such as carpentry, plastering, painting & decorating, tiling, and basic plumbing/brickwork as required
* Work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality finishes
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all health & safety procedures
* Liaise with supervisors, clients, and team members to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements:
* Proven experience in construction and multitrade works
* CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
* Full UK driving licence (preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work to deadlines and adapt to different tasks on site
* Own tools and transport (desirable)
