Application Services Specialist
Salary: circa £40,000 (advertised salary achievable for a candidate fulfilling all role criteria)

About the Role
* Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the application delivery process.
* Collate and provide reporting to track the effectiveness of the support deliverables.
* Managing third party suppliers to ensure that the necessary resources are available and aligned for delivery of all processes.
* Continually assess and improve processes and methodologies to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
* Apply service management processes across the team and ensure these are adhered to aligning with ITIL best practice.
About you
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to provide detailed and timely service reporting.
* Ability to lead and motivate both on and offshore 3rd party technical teams.
* Ability to resolve any conflicts and facilitate team collaboration.
* An understanding of Service Management principles across Incident, Problem and Change and how to apply this within the Application delivery.
* Strong analytical skills to assess risks and identify issues.
