Key responsibilities will include developing, implementing and evaluating programmes of care, effective leadership and staff management/development.

The post holder will support a team of clinical nurse specialists to deliver safe and effective training and education to patients and their support partners, ensuring they are successful in the home dialysis programme, and will be the senior support for clinical decision making within the remit of a nurse‑led unit, ensuring patients are regularly followed up and supported.

The post holder will always work within the NMC's Code of Professional Conduct.
