Shift Pattern
* 16 hours per week
* Morning shifts: 7:00am – 2:30pm
* Afternoon shifts: 2:30pm – 10:00pm
* Full flexibility required, including Weekends
* Sleep‑in shifts are also required. You will receive additional payments of £56 for each sleep‑in shift.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
* Encouraging independence and community involvement
* Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
* Working as part of a close‑knit, caring team
