A UK-based charity is seeking an inspiring
Head of Digital
to lead and shape its digital strategy, driving innovation, data, and technology across the organisation. This senior role will enhance digital skills, champion user-centred design, and deliver measurable impact across fundraising, communications, and operations.
As the Head of Digital, you will be responsible for the leadership and implementation of a major digital strategy to support the charity's strategic goals, taking responsibility, in conjunction with the Chief Executive, for its development and the delivery of the roadmap.
This role will be mostly REMOTE based with the requirement of being able to go to their office in Norfolk circa 6 times a year - when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and delivery of the charity's digital strategy.
* Build and grow a Digital Centre of Excellence, embedding best practices and governance.
* Mentor, guide, and inspire teams, fostering a culture of digital innovation.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimise digital products, services, and user engagement.
* Track performance and impact across digital initiatives.
