As an Account Manager, you’ll focus on maintaining and enhancing the relationships of our portfolio of existing business and support the drive to expand through new business success. About the role

This role balances commerciality, planning, relationship skills and problem-solving. Building a close-relationship with your Business Development Manager is key to helping identify opportunities to support the ever-changing needs of customers and develop our new business strategy. This is a role focused on business and personal growth. And your passion for success will find a natural home in a business that thrives on shared achievement. Skills and experience

You’re a blend of people person and robust planner. You can question in the right way and your straightforward and clear approach will build trust with every colleague and customer. Ideally, you’ll have Sales/Service experience in the food industry. You’re used to, and thrive on, targets. And your communication skills – both written and verbal are second to none. And you’ll know that the right tone on a telephone call can spark interest and lead to opportunity. You take responsibility for your workload and build trust through accountability.

This position is also open to school leavers who are keen, enthusiastic and willing to learn as on the job training is provided.
