We’re currently in search of a passionate, ambitious Assistant Restaurant Manager for a brand-new restaurant concept shaped by creativity and collaboration – Sister Moon, a vibrant Southeast Asian restaurant opening 14 floors up within Treehouse Manchester.
About You
* Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
* Expert in food & beverage operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
* Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
* Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
