What Is The Role?
* You will be a 360° Recruitment Business Consultant, managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to business development and client placements.
* You will operate your own niche industry vertical, such as Alternative Food Products, Lab Equipment, Diagnostics, or Cyber Security, becoming the sole specialist in your industry within our company.

Your Responsibilities
* Sourcing high-level candidates and placing them globally.
* Building new business and client relationships from scratch.
* Conducting interviews via phone and video calls.
* Providing market maps and salary benchmarks to assist strategic hires.
