The Role
North Kent College is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Learning Support Practitioner (LSP) to join our Gravesend team. As an LSP, you will support students to achieve their full potential in their chosen course, on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, across curriculum areas including Construction, Motor Vehicles, Catering, English and Maths. You may accompany learners on external visits or work placements where applicable. The role may involve pastoral support and personal care; full training will be provided. You will also handle administrative duties, keep records up to date, and support access arrangements for exams, including invigilation as required. You will adapt your communication style to suit each learner’s needs and work collaboratively within a team with a flexible, can-do approach.

* Where you'll work: This role is based at our Gravesend campus.
* Your hours: 25.5 hours per week, 36 weeks per annum (Part Time, Term Time)
* Your pay: £25,166 per annum (Full-Time Equivalent)
